Possible Venue Change For Cougars Game |
Thursday 4th Mar, 2010The Brisbane Strikers wish to advise that Friday night’s pre-season friendly between the Brisbane Strikers and Capricorn Cougars will possibly be switched to Brisbane City’s Spencer Park, depending upon a pitch inspection at Perry Park on Friday.
With concerns over how the newly-refurbished Perry Park playing surface has coped with the dual challenge of heavy rain and multiple training sessions for the Indonesian men’s and North Korean women’s teams this week, the Brisbane City club has kindly offered the use of its pitch if it should be needed.
Further advice will be posted to this website on Friday after the pitch inspection and notices will be posted at Perry Park advising of the change of venue if it occurs.
